THE FOUNDER
Born in the Dominican Republic, Yanilsa developed an early passion for beauty, business, and helping others look and feel their best. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, she followed her calling into the beauty industry—becoming a licensed cosmetologist and gaining experience in premier salons across Puerto Rico and Florida.
Today, Yanilsa is the driving force behind the Monalisa brand—an educator, entrepreneur, and community builder committed to redefining beauty through education, innovation, and care.
